By using The Journey’ online booking system to make a reservation, you are deemed to accept all the following present Terms and Conditions.
1. Tour
• all tours are special designed and arranged by The Journey.
2. Tour Fee
• all tour packages are indicated and quoted per person in Malaysia ringgit (RM). We reserves the rights to amend the tour fee in the event of significant raise in flight ticket, fuel prices or foreign exchange rates.
3. Tour Registration Method
• All tour registrations must be done online through the booking system in our website.
• An user account need to be created before making a first tour booking (proceed as Guest booking if you do not want to crear account). For future subsequent tour booking, you are just need to log in your user account to retrieve all details.
• All the fields are required to fill precisely in order to complete the tour booking.
4. Payment Method
• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit as stated in each individual tour package is required at the time of registration to secure the seat.
• Once a tour is confirm and full, the registered tour member shall receive an email for 2nd payment which need to be payable within one week.
• The balance tour fee is due for payment 6 months prior to departure. The registered tour member will be notified through email and the payment is required within two weeks.
• The registered tour member will receive a receipt through email for each complete payment.
5. Tour Cancellation
• Once the trip is confirmed OR payment is partially/fully paid, IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of any reason (eg. PREGNANCY, ILLNESS etc) arises from the member; mainly reason is the payment has been utilized for entire trip pre-arrangement (flight ticket purchase, accommodation booking, tour exercise booking etc).
• Cancellation must be formally write and email to outbound.happyexpresstravel@gmail.com, verbal cancellation is not acceptable.
• Any natural disasters or other unpredictable serious problems occured prior the departure, we reserve the right to cancel the trip for the sake of safety reason. We will assist member in claiming the relevant loss from insurance company. We have no obligation on the compensation of loss.
• All of the compensation will be based on the terms and conditions of the insurance company. Total of compensation is under insurance company decision, and it is beyond our control.
6. Itinerary Amendment
• We reserve the right to make appropriate adjustments to departure date, departure city, flight schedule, accommodation and itinerary arrangement.
7. Reward Voucher
• It is a reward to you as a valued tour member who joins The Journey's tours continuously.
• In order to enjoy this reward, the next tour registration must not exceed one year from the previous tour.
• It cannot be transferred to other.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash.
• It cannot be accumulated and can only use in the next immediate tour package.
8. Travel Insurance
• Tour Member from overseas or siging ground-package must self-purchase travel insurance prior to departure. We have no obligation and responsible for any losses in a result of a tour member being without insurance or insufficient insured.
9. Exclusive Service
• Travel Photo or video shooting are value-added service exclusively provided from The Journey to all registered tour members. There should not have any dispute or further request against the final work.
10. Photo Copyright
•The Journey has the copyright of the photo and may use it for future advertisement unless the tour member special indicate his/her privacy concern.
11. Website and T&C
•The Journey reserves the rights to modifty and update the website contents and clauses in Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
